We have a generous 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a no-show, the form of payment on file will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
Voucher Redemption code will be collected, and verified at the time of appointment scheduling. Our standard cancellation applies. In the event of a no-show, your voucher will be redeemed.
Cancellations can be made via email, phone, or text.
If you are late to your appointment, your session will be shortened and will end at the time that was originally scheduled.
